• Custom all wood cabinetry build and designed to the client’s specs.
• Electrical to high quality standards, we use imported switches and fans from the United States. GfI outlets in all wet areas bathrooms and kitchen, properly gauged wiring and a surge protector in the breaker box.
• Quality sealed and tight roofing with proper flashing. You will not see unsightly seams in the middle of the roof or lifting seems from one laminate to the other. ​
• We stress the importance of humidity resistant materials as this tropical environment is very harsh. For example we use tile base boards that do not break down with mold and rot. We pour sidewalks typically all the way around the house to protect the foundation and house walls be keeping them dry and clean. Installing large inline extractor fans in your bathrooms will drastically cut down on the overall humidity.  Large over hangs and lower roofing soffits will help keep the house cooler from the sun rays and dryer from the tropical rains.
